Petti Di Pollo Al Burro

My family traveled to Italy in the summer of 2019. It was my second time being in Florence, my favorite city. For dinner one night we went to the oldest restaurant in Florence, Stostanza. It was a small, hole in the wall type place but there was a community built around it. All the tables inside were so close together that you got to know people visiting from all around the world or locals from Florence. We ordered their butter chicken which was outstanding.



During quarantine I was missing my favorite place in the world so I decided to try and remake the butter chicken. I was able to find a recipe and it turned out amazing.
