Ciabatta Rolls

Last night I made homemade ciabatta rolls to go with dinner and they turned out delicious. I expected the recipe to be hard to follow and intricate with details however it was fairly easy to make. My only recommendation would be to plan ahead with your timing because the recipe takes a little over four hours total.
