Blake Lively's S'mores Cupcakes

I've made these so many times and they are always a crowd favorite. Today school was cancelled because of power outages so I decided it would be fun to bake these and bring some to my friends tomorrow.

Although there are quite a few steps to this recipe, the end result is really worth it. When I frosted the marshmallow frosting onto the cupcakes, I sprayed my icing spatula with Pam so it wouldn't stick. I also recommend using a kitchen torch to brown the marshmallow. I used the broiler in my oven and it didn't work exactly how I had hoped but it still works!
