Cornflake Crunch Milk Bar Cookies

At the beginning of quarantine my friend would stop by my house so we could chat social distanced. One time he showed up with some fresh baked cookies his older sister made that were really tasty. I got the recipe and have made these cookies quite a few times for my family and friends.
These are one of Milk Bar's specialty cookies, Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow Cookies. I grew up watching Master Chef Junior with my older brother and Christina Tosi was one of the judges for a few seasons. When I found out she was the creator of Milk Bar, I knew I had to try out these cookies.
The cornflake crunch is really delicious to snack on and can be kept in an air tight container for snacking. When putting the cookies on a tray, beware that they flatten out quite a bit so you will want to be sure to space them out on the tray.
